The youth, resident of Mahaveer Nagar, located on Karma Road under Nagar police station area of Aurangabad district, died under suspicious circumstances in his in-laws’ house, the deceased has been identified as Sudhir Pathak, son of Kishore Pathak of Mahavir Nagar.
जानकारी के अनुसार 17 अक्टूबर को युवक जम्होर थाना के धुरिया पिपरा गांव में अपने ससुराल गया था, 18 अक्टूबर की रात ससुराल से फोन आया की सुधीर की तबियत खराब है और सोमवार की देर रात ससुराल में युवक की मौत हो गई, जिसके बाद ससुराल वाले सदर अस्पताल में ही शव को छोड़कर फरार हो गए और पुलिस को भी इसकी सूचना नहीं दी।

मृतक युवक की शादी 14 जुलाई 2021 को ही ओबरा थाना के कारा देवी मंदिर से हुई थी, वही सुधीर के चाचा संतोष कुमार पाठक एवं भाई नीरज पाठक ने ससुराल वालों पर साजिश के तहत सुधीर की हत्या करने का आरोप साढ़ू वृजमोहन पाठक, रात में सदर अस्पताल में ड्यूटी पर तैनात चिकित्सक एवं स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों पर लगाया है, घटना के संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए नगर थानाध्यक्ष अंजनी कुमार ने बताया की मामले में पुलिस तहकीकात कर रही है, सुधीर के शव का पोस्टमार्टम कराया गया है, वही मौत के बाद से स्वजन का रो रो कर बुरा हाल है।
