Bihar: कैमूर जिले के चैनपुर प्रखंड कार्यालय परिसर में स्थित आरटीपीएस काउंटर का शनिवार अपर समाहर्ता जिला लोक शिकायत निवारण पदाधिकारी विनोद कुमार सिंह के द्वारा औचक निरीक्षण किया गया, निरीक्षण के दौरान चल रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई एवं दस्तावेजों के जांच पड़ताल के उपरांत चैनपुर अंचलाधिकारी पुरेंद्र कुमार सिंह से आरटीपीएस काउंटर से संबंधित विभिन्न जानकारियां ली गई।

निरीक्षण से संबंधित जानकारी लेने पर अपर समाहर्ता जिला लोक शिकायत निवारण पदाधिकारी विनोद कुमार सिंह के द्वारा बताया गया कि जांच के दौरान दाखिल खारिज एवं परिमार्जन का डिस्पोजल 95% है जो बेहतर कहा जाएगा, मगर सर्विस प्लस पर सरवर स्लो होने के कारण वर्तमान समय में टाइम लाइन के अंदर ही लगभग 1000 से ऊपर आय, निवास एवं जाति का आवेदन पेंडिंग है। सर्वर की समस्या दूर होते हैं उन सभी पेंडिंग आवेदनों का निष्पादन कर लिया जाएगा।

अन्य जानकारी देते हुए अपर समाहर्ता के द्वारा बताया गया कि वर्तमान समय में सर्विस प्लस के माध्यम से आय, निवास, जाति आदि की सुविधा उपलब्ध करवाई गई है, आवेदक को आय, जाति निवास आदि के लिए प्रखंड कार्यालय की चक्कर लगाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, आवेदक वर्तमान समय में कहीं से भी ऑनलाइन करवा सकते हैं, जांच के दौरान सभी चीजें संतोषजनक पाई गई हैं।
