दिए गए आवेदन में ग्राम कोहारी के निवासी लाल बहादुर उपाध्याय की पुत्री रूपा कुमारी के द्वारा बताया गया है कि वाराणसी के रहने वाले एक न्यूरो चिकित्सक आलोक मल्होत्रा के द्वारा इन्हें प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल में अच्छी नौकरी दिलाने का झांसा देते हुए 105000 की मांग की गई मुझे इनके द्वारा आलोक मल्होत्रा के खाते में पैसा डाला गया।

कुछ समय बाद जब नौकरी के लिए कहीं तो चिकित्सा के द्वारा टालमटोल किया जाने लगा आजकल आजकल करते करते लंबा समय बीत गया काफी समय बीत जाने के बाद भी जब चिकित्सक के तरफ से कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिला तो लाचार कर पीड़ित युवती के द्वारा भभुआ थाने में आवेदन देकर कार्रवाई के लिए गुहार लगाई है।
वहीं इस मामले में जानकारी लेने पर थानाध्यक्ष रामानंद मंडल के द्वारा बताया गया कि प्राप्त आवेदन पर मामले की जांच की जा रही है।
