लंबित कांडों की समीक्षा कर रहे पुलिस निरीक्षक राजकुमार सिंह से जब जानकारी लिए तो उनके द्वारा बताया गया कि वैसे कांड जो अनुसंधानकर्ता के पास लंबित है उन कांडों की समीक्षा की गई है संबंधित अनुसंधानकर्ताओं से किस कारण वश केस लंबित है उससे संबंधित विधिवत जानकारी लेने के उपरांत इनके द्वारा निर्देशित किया गया है कि जिन मामलों में अभी तक आरोपित फरार हैं उनकी तत्काल गिरफ्तारी की जाए।

वैसे आरोपित जो लंबे समय से फरार चल रहे हैं, पुलिस के द्वारा कई बार छापेमारी की गई बावजूद गिरफ्तारी नहीं हो सकी है, उनके यहां कुर्की जब्ती की कार्रवाई के लिए माननीय न्यायालय से कुर्की वारंट जारी करवा तत्काल कुर्की जब्ती का कार्य किया जाए, अविशेष कांडों के निष्पादन के दृष्टिकोण से इनके द्वारा समीक्षा की गई है।
