जख्मी लोगों में बाइक सवार गुड्डू पासवान व पत्नी सावित्री देवी, यूपी के जमानियां थाना के तारन बारन गांव के बताए जाते हैं, जो कोचस से गांव लौट रहे थे जबकि कार से अजय श्रीवास्तव और माधुरी भभुआ के बताए जाते हैं, इन सभी लोगों का इलाज रामगढ़ में किया गया, घटना में ट्रैक्टर और कार दोनों चकनाचूर हो गए।

शुक्र रही कि दोनों ट्रक एवं कार सवार जख्मी होकर रह गए, बताया जा रहा है कि बक्सर की तरफ से कार आ रही थी और रामगढ़ की तरफ से एक ट्रैक्टर आ रहा थी, ओड़िया डीह गांव के समीप दोनों गाड़ी की जोरदार टक्कर हुई, टक्कर के दौरान ट्रैक्टर व कार सड़क पर टकरा गए, कार के एयरबैग खुलने से कार सवार की जान बच गई वहीं ट्रैक्टर के इंजन के भी दो पार्ट हो गए हैं।

इस घटना के बीच एक बाइक सवार दम्पति भी चपेट में आ गए, घटना की सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस रात्रि में जख्मी लोगों को पता लगाने अस्पताल पहुंची, दुर्घटना में सभी जख्मी लोग सुरक्षित हैं, पुलिस ने ट्रैक्टर और कार को जब्त कर लिया है।
