On Thursday, the police recovered the body of a truck driver near A Line Hotel near Muthani village under Mohaniya police station area of Kaimur district, after which the police completed the paperwork and sent the body for post-mortem.
मृतक की पहचान यूपी के जिला इटावा, थाना बागवाला, गांव लोपाबाद के गंगा सिंह के पुत्र संतोष कुमार के रूप में हुई है, जानकारी के अनुसार उक्त चालक यूपी से ट्रक पर कराकट लादकर गया की तरफ जा रहा था, इस दौरान बुधवार की रात जीटी रोड पर मोहनिया थाना क्षेत्र के मुठानी गांव के समीप एक लाइन होटल पर खाना खाने के बाद वह सो गया और होटल मालिक से कहा कि सुबह में उसे जगा दें।

गुरुवार सुबह जब होटल कर्मी चालक को जगाने गया तो जमीन पर चालक का शव पड़ा हुआ था जिसके बाद इसकी सूचना मोहनियां थाना पुलिस को दी गई, पुलिस ने चालक के मोबाइल से उसकी शिनाख्त की इस घटना की सूचना ट्रक मालिक व मृतक के स्वजनों को दे दी गई है, पुलिस का मानना है कि अचानक तबीयत खराब होने से चालक की मौत हो गई हालांकि पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही मौत के कारणों का खुलासा हो सकता है।
