जानकारी के अनुसार इस दौरान एडीजे के साथ दोनों ने पिस्तौल की नोक पर जज के साथ गली गलौज करते हुए मारपीट भी की चैंबर में हो हल्ला सुनकर वहां वकील और अन्य कर्मी अंदर पहुंचे जिसके बाद थानाध्यक्ष और दरोगा को पकड़ लिया और इसकी जानकारी तत्काल एसडीओ, डीएसपी और अन्य अधिकारियों को दी गई।

घटना लगभग गुरुवार दोपहर सवा दो बजे की है, वकील कोर्ट का काम कर रहे थे, अचानक दो पुलिस पदाधिकारी कोर्ट में घुसे उनमें से एक थाने का थानेदार गोपाल कृष्ण और एक एएसआई अभिमन्यु कुमार थे, दोनों अचानक से सीधे एडीजे अविनाश कुमार के कक्ष में घुसे और घुसते ही गली गलौज करना शुरू कर दिया।
