घटना के संबंध में मृतका के पति बाली सिंह खरवार में बताया की हमारे घर के बगल में लालदेव सिंह खरवार की मिट्टी की दीवार थी, वहीं पर हमारी पत्नी और बेटी गिट्टी को उठाकर घर ला कर रख रही थी, तभी अचानक पानी की नमी से तर दीवार की गिरने से उनकी बेटी और पत्नी के दबने के कारण मौत हो गई।
