घटना के बाद स्वजनों ने घायल को अनुमंडल अस्पताल मोहनिया लाया जहां उसका इलाज चल रहा है, वही इस संबंध में मोहनिया के थानाध्यक्ष ललन कुमार ने बताया की सोमवार को पांडेपुर गांव निवासी सुनील पांडे पर पत्नी और साले द्वारा जानलेवा हमला करने के विरुद्ध थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गई है, जिसके बाद पुलिस ने त्वरित कारवाई करते हुए घायल की पत्नी अंशु देवी और साले शिवम तिवारी को गिरफ्तार कर भभुआ जेल भेज दिया है वही घायल का इलाज अनुमंडल अस्पताल मोहनिया में चल रहा है।
