Bihar: कैमूर जिले के चैनपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत चैनपुर सामुदायिक भवन में विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार को लेकर जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित की गई। उक्त जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन बिहार राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार पटना के आदेश संख्या 67/2021 के आधार पर की गई है।

An awareness program regarding legal services authority was organized at Chainpur community building under Chainpur block of Kaimur district. The above awareness program has been organized on the basis of order number 67/2021 of Bihar State Legal Services Authority, Patna.

जो कमर्शियल एक्ट 2015 के अध्याय 12 (1) में विवरण दिया गया है, जिसमें व्यवसाय विवाद को मध्यस्था के माध्यम से समझौता के आधार पर सुलझाया जा सकता है, जिसकी जानकारी देते हुए जागरूक करने का कार्य किया गया है।

Which has been detailed in Chapter 12 (1) of the Commercial Act 2015, in which the business dispute can be settled on the basis of settlement through arbitration, giving information about which work has been done to create awareness.

इससे संबंधित जानकारी देते हुए राकेश कुमार केसरी के द्वारा बताया गया कि विधि सेवा प्राधिकार के तहत जागरूकता कार्यक्रम आयोजित की गई। आयोजित कार्यक्रम में इन विषयों पर प्रशिक्षु मध्यस्थ रविंद्र नाथ चौबे एवं पारा विधिक सेवा राजेश कुमार केसरी के द्वारा,

Giving information related to this, it was told by Rakesh Kumar Kesari that awareness program was organized under the Legal Services Authority. In the program organized by trainee mediator Ravindra Nath Choubey and Para Legal Services Rajesh Kumar Kesari on these subjects,

उपस्थित जनता एवं प्रखंड चैनपुर के प्रतिनिधि अजय कुमार सिंह एवं पंचायत सचिव तेज नारायण पांडे एवं स्थानीय मुखिया के पुत्र साकिब अख्तर तथा वार्ड सदस्य दहिन राम एवं आम लोगों की उपस्थिति में व्यवसायिक एक विवाद को समझा-बुझाकर समाप्त करने का प्रयास किया गया जिससे आम जनता सहित अन्य लोग संतुष्ट हुए। उक्त मौके पर काफी संख्या में स्थानीय ग्रामीण भी उपस्थित थे।

In the presence of the people present and Block Chainpur representative Ajay Kumar Singh and Panchayat Secretary Tej Narayan Pandey and local head’s son Saqib Akhtar and ward member Dahin Ram and common people, an attempt was made to end a business dispute by persuading it so that the general public Including others were satisfied. A large number of local villagers were also present on the said occasion.
