Delhi Police arrested the accused of rape under Mohania police station area of Kaimur district, the accused was working in a private factory living in Mohania after fleeing from Delhi, SI Surendra was leading the team of Delhi Police. Ejaz Ali, constable Mohit Kumar, Amit Kumar were present.

एसआई सुरेंद्र ने बताया कि ग्राम शाहपुर, थाना बलिया, बेगूसराय निवासी रामप्रीत महतो का पुत्र नीरज कुमार महिंद्रा पार्क थाना के अजाजपुर आधार शेड में गत वर्ष अक्टूबर माह में पल्लेदारी का कार्य करता था, वहां कूड़ा बीनने वाली लड़की से उसकी मुलाकात हो गई जिसे शादी का झांसा देकर नीरज ने दुष्कर्म किया।
SI Surendra told that Neeraj Kumar, son of Rampreet Mahto, resident of village Shahpur, Thana Ballia, Begusarai, used to work in the Ajajpur base shed of Mahindra Park police station in the month of October last year, where he met a girl who picked up the garbage. Neeraj raped her on the pretext of marriage.

जब लड़की गर्भवती हो गई तो वहां से भाग निकला इसके बाद घर नहीं गया, दुष्कर्म पीड़िता ने महिंद्रा पार्क थाने में नीरज के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म का आरोप लगाते हुए प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई, पुलिस की जांच में पता चला कि आरोपी मोहनिया में रहता है, जिसके बाद दिल्ली पुलिस मोहनिया पहुंची और मोहनिया पुलिस के सहयोग से आरोपी को गिरफ्तार करके देर शाम दिल्ली लेकर चली गई।
