In Madhuchai village under Chakia police station area of East Champaran district, a younger brother stabbed the elder brother to death, during the knife, the accused brother also stabbed his 10-year-old nephew, injured the child in a hurry. He was sent to the hospital for treatment where he is being treated.

वही घटना की जानकारी दिए जाने के बाद पुलिस ने शव को कब्जे में लेते हुए पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है, मृतक की पहचानगांव निवासी संजय राम के रूप में की गई है मृतक भाइयों में सबसे बड़ा था, शादी के बाद पांच परिवार भाई से अलग रहते थे जबकि संजय राम के छोटे भाई की अभी शादी नहीं हो सकी है।

मृतक अपने भाई की शादी कराना चाह रहा था इसको लेकर लड़की वालों से बात चल रही थी लेकिन संजय राम के छोटे भाई रमेश राम शादी के लिए तैयार नहीं था, सोमवार को इसी बात को लेकर दोनों भाइयों के बीच विवाद हो गया जिससे मौके पर उनकी मौत हो गई।

मृतक को बचाने आए संजय के बड़े बेटे को भी आरोपी ने चाकू मार घायल कर दिया और मौके से फरार हो गया, आनन-फानन में घायल बच्चे को इलाज के लिए अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया वही घटना की जानकारी मिलते हैं पुलिस भी मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेते हुए पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेज दिया है साथ ही मामले की छानबीन में जुट गई है।
