The Jharkhand High Court will hear on March 4 on the bail of RJD supremo Lalu Yadav, who is serving a sentence in the Doranda Treasury case of fodder scam, his lawyer Devarshi Mandal had urged the court to hear the bail petition as a special category, in which Lalu Yadav’s age and ailments have been cited, the High Court, while accepting the petition, has fixed the date of hearing on March 4 i.e. Friday.

दरअसल सीबीआई की विशेष अदालत ने लालू यादव को 5 साल की सजा देने के साथ 60 लाख का जुर्माना लगाया है, आरजेडी सुप्रीमो ने इस फैसले को चुनौती देने के साथ जमानत की मांग की है पार्टी से लेकर परिवार तक होली से पहले लालू यादव की जमानत की उम्मीद लगाए हुए हैं, ऐसे इस सुनवाई पर सबकी निगाहें हैं।

याचिका में आरजेडी सुप्रीमो लालू प्रसाद यादव के अधिवक्ता की ओर से उनकी उम्र और बीमारियों का हवाला देने के साथ-साथ चारा घोटाला के मामले में आधे से अधिक सजा जेल में काट लेने को आधार बनाया गया है फिलहाल लालू यादव जेल में है और स्वास्थ संबंधी इलाज के लिए उन्हें रिम्स के पेंइग वार्ड में रखा गया है।
In the petition, on behalf of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav’s advocate, citing his age and diseases, as well as the basis of serving more than half the sentence in the fodder scam case, Lalu Yadav is currently in jail and has health related issues. He has been kept in the penning ward of RIMS for treatment.
