मृतक महिला सदर प्रखंड अंतर्गत बेलदारी की थी, अस्पताल के एमसीएच भवन स्थित कोरोना वार्ड में सुबह 4 बजकर 10 मिनट पर आखिरी सांस ली, उसे 4 जनवरी को दोपहर 2:04 पर इमरजेंसी के आईसीयू में भर्ती कराया गया था, वह ट्यूबरक्लोसिस की एमडीआर मरीज थी, अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के बाद उसकी रैपिड एंटीजन किट से जांच कराई गई जिसमें वह पॉजिटिव निकली।

उसका ऑक्सीजन लेवल 70% था, महिला की स्थिति को गंभीर देखते हुए अस्पताल के चिकित्सकों ने तुरंत ही महिला को एमसीएच भवन स्थित कोविड वार्ड में भर्ती कराया, मेडिकल अस्पताल के अधीक्षक डॉ प्रदीप अग्रवाल ने बताया संक्रमित महिला टीवी की मरीज थी, महिला की आरटीपीसीआर रिपोर्ट भी पॉजिटिव आ गई है, शव प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया है।
