A fire broke out in Musahar Basti of Adhvaniya village under Mohaniya police station area of Kaimur district on Wednesday due to short circuit in which 16 houses and 5 cattle were burnt and wheat crop in 8 acres was also burnt to ashes.
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही मोहनिया सीओ राजीव कुमार अधवनियां गांव पहुंचे और अग्नि पीड़ितों से आग से हुए नुकसान की जानकारी ली, बताया जा रहा है कि उक्त गांव के महादलित बस्ती में बिजली के शॉर्ट सर्किट से अचानक आग लग गई जिसमें 16 महादलितों के फूस के बने कच्चे मकान जल गए।

पीड़ितों में महेंद्र मुसहर, बिगाऊ मुसहर, मुनीब मुसहर, मुराहू मुसहर, लालबुच्ची मुसहर, सुखू मुसहर, गिरधारी मुसहर, शिवपूजन मुसहर, संजू देवी, महेश मुसहर, मनोज मुसहर, गणेश मुसहर, सुनील मुसहर, शंभू मुसहर, तूफानी मुसहर के नाम शामिल है।

इन घरों में रखे खाद्यान्न, नगदी व अन्य जरूरी सामान भी जलकर राख हो गए हैं, साथ ही एक भैंस और 4 बकरी भी जलकर मर गई हैं, सभी अग्नि पीड़ितों को छाजन के लिए प्लास्टिक व चादर एवं खाने की व्यवस्था की गई है साथ ही गुरुवार को निर्धारित सहायता राशि का भुगतान किया जाएगा।
