पूछताछ के दौरान युवक के मुंह से शराब की गंध आ रही थी जहां से युवक को गिरफ्तार करके चैनपुर थाने लाया गया जिसके उपरांत सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में मेडिकल जांच के दौरान उक्त अत्यधिक शराब के नशे में पाया गया मामले में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करते हुए युवक को भभुआ न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया है।
