On Tuesday night, under Mohania police station area of Kaimur district, three people who were drinking and making a ruckus in a hotel on GT Road near Muthani village were arrested by the police, who were sent to jail, the three accused hotel operators and employees were assaulted. जानकारी के अनुसार मोहनियां थाना क्षेत्र के मुठानी गांव के समीप जीटी रोड के बगल में तिरुपति ढाबा नामक एक होटल में मंगलवार की रात एक दर्जन की संख्या में लोग पहुंचे और होटल संचालक चंदन तिवारी से बिरयानी बनाने की जिद करने लगे, संचालक ने बताया कि बिरयानी बनाना संभव नहीं है इसके बाद सभी उग्र हो गए और होटल संचालक एवं कर्मियों के साथ मारपीट करने लगे।

सूचना मिलते ही ग्रामीण दौड़े, ग्रामीणों ने हंगामा और मारपीट करने वाले तीनों को पकड़ लिया, गिरफ्तार आरोपितों में कुदरा थाना क्षेत्र के पुसौली निवासी नीतीश कुमार, भेलमा ग्राम निवासी सन्नी कुमार व चंदन कुमार का नाम शामिल है। इसके बाद पुलिस को इसकी सूचना दी गई मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस को इन्हें सौंप दिया गया, वही होटल संचालक ने मोहनिया थाने में उनके खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई है, जिसके आलोक में तीनों आरोपियों को भभुआ जेल भेज दिया गया।
