बताया जा रहा है कि छात्रा गुड्डी कुमारी जगदीश मंडल इंटर कॉलेज से पढ़ाई कर घर लौट रही थी जहां मुकेश कुमार नाम के एक लड़के ने अपने साथी के साथ मिलकर उसे रास्ते में घेर लिया, इस दौरान लड़की के साथ उनकी चार दोस्त भी थी, लड़की पर दो गोली चलाई गई जिसमें एक गोली उसके पीठ में लग गई घटना के बाद परिजनों ने उसे शहर के एक निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया जहां उसका इलाज चल रहा है।

पीड़ित छात्रा के साथ लौट रही छात्रा ने बताया कि मुकेश 2 सालों से गुड्डी को परेशान किया करता था, वह लगातार उसके घर के मोबाइल पर फोन कर परेशान करता था, गुड्डी के बात नहीं करने से नाराज होकर उसी रास्ते में घेर कर गोली मार दी, पीड़िता का कहना है कि 2 सालों से उसे परेशान किया जा रहा था जिसकी जानकारी उसने अपने परिजनों को भी दी थी लेकिन आज उसने घेरकर उसे पूछा कि मरने से डर नहीं लगता है ना और गोली मार दी।
