A young man irrigating a paddy field died in a snakebite sequence

In village Bharigawan of Kudra police station area of Kaimur district, a youth who was irrigating paddy field died due to snakebite. The resident is said to be the son of Umesh Bind.

ग्रामीण सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक युवक दिन में अपने धान के खेत की सिंचाई कर रहा था, सिंचाई के क्रम में मेड़ से पानी का रिसाव कर रहे एक चूहे के बील को उसने बंद करना चाहा। इसी कोशिश में उसने बील में हाथ डाला तो उसमें मौजूद गेहूंअन सांप ने उसे डंस लिया, बताया जाता है कि झाड़-फूंक के जरिए युवक का इलाज कराने की काफी कोशिश की गई लेकिन उसकी जान बचाई नहीं जा सकी।
According to information received from rural sources, the young man was irrigating his paddy field during the day, in the course of irrigation, he wanted to stop a rat beel leaking water from the bund. In this effort, when he put his hand in the beel, the wheat snake present in it bit him, it is said that a lot of efforts were made to get the young man treated through exorcism but his life could not be saved.

युवक की मौत से गांव में शोक का माहौल है। स्थानीय ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि युवक की मौत से उसके इकलौते पुत्र और गर्भवती पत्नी के सिर पर विपत्ति का पहाड़ टूट पड़ा है। उन्होंने परिवार के भरण-पोषण के लिए प्रशासन से समुचित मुआवजे की मांग की है।
