इसकी जानकारी देते हुए उत्पाद अधीक्षक ने बताया कि शराब टोह में हमारी टीम नियमित रूप से वाहन जांच कर रही है, यूपी आने वाले सभी वाहनों की तलाशी ली जा रही थी इसी दौरान शक के आधार पर यूपी नंबर की इको स्पोर्ट कार की तलाशी ली गई, तब कार की डिक्की में बनाए गए खुफिया तहखाने से 3 करोड़ कैश बरामद किया गया।

बरामद रुपयों के संबंध में आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए आयकर विभाग को सूचित किया गया है, इस मामले में हिरासत में लिए गए दोनों आरोपी राजस्थान के बीकानेर निवासी राकेश और मुकेश है, पुलिस की पूछताछ के दौरान उन्होंने बताया कि यह रुपए लखनऊ के एक गल्ला व्यवसाय के हैं इसे लेकर वह यूपी के लखनऊ से पश्चिम बंगाल के सिलीगुड़ी जा रहे थे।
